Waiver Information

The Waiver Application must be received by the Office of Housing & Residence Life no later than June 1st for Fall Semester and December 1st for the Spring Semester.

Submission of the form does not mean automatic approval of request.

You will be considered a residential student until you receive an email notification of your approval by the Housing Committee via HRL@aumail.averett.edu.

For students turning 23 years of age: The student must turn 23 prior to October 1st to be exempt from campus housing for fall semester; or 23 prior to February 1st to be exempt from campus for the spring semester.
