Application Procedures

NO application fee required.
Provide complete and accurate information (i.e. full name, complete school name, no abbreviations please).
Please provide the full names of ALL previously attended colleges or universities and diploma programs.
Please have all transcripts sent to Averett University ABSN Learning Center electronically at AverettTranscripts@absn.averett.edu or through the physical mail Attn: Admissions, 6320 North Center Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502.
To further expedite the process, please have your unofficial transcripts from any university you've attended submitted to us.
Once all transcripts and other documentation have been received, the admissions committee will review all applications and be in contact.

Federal and state agencies request that we supply demographic data on applications for admission to Averett University. To enable us to comply with these requests, we ask that you complete this optional section. If you choose not to answer any part of this section, it will in no way affect your admission to Averett.

When would you like to start classes? The ABSN program has starts in January, May, and August.

Permanent U.S. Residents must submit a copy of their Permanent Resident Card.

If English is not your first language, you must submit official TOEFL scores.

This program is a hybrid program with online coursework and in-person lab and clinical experiences in the Chesapeake/Tidewater area of Virginia.
