NOTICE: Averett University does not order ABSN students' transcripts. ABSN students should reach out to Jarrod Bishop to learn more about their transcripts.

This form is for AU Online applicants only. If you are a applicant who will be transferring into Averett or a high school student with dual enrollment credits, please use this Transcript Request Form.

International students' transcripts will need to be ordered and evaluated by WES. Per school policy, we cannot accept foreign transcripts that have not been evaluated by WES.

Undergraduate students, please list all colleges, and high schools attended.

Graduate students, please list all colleges attended. High school transcripts are not required.
