This form is for traditional applicants who plan to transfer into Averett or high school students with dual enrollment credits. For AU Online applicants, please use this Transcript Request Form.

International students' transcripts will need to be ordered and evaluated by WES. Per school policy, we cannot accept foreign transcripts that have not been evaluated by WES.
